Default Necors naming their Golems

Just a little musing of mine:
Rangers can name their charmed animal, wouldnt it be nice if Necromancers could name their Flash Golem?
Unlike normal minions, you only get 1 at a time, and essentially keep reanimating him when he dies, so why not give a name to your familiar? The technology already exists in-game, so I dont imagine it would be especially difficult to implement a /namegolem command.

I'm sure there are MMs out there who have already given names to all 10 of their boney little friends and just long to get at least one in-game

hmmm, i clearly cant spell.... and I cant amend my error in the title apparently.... you all knew what I meant, right?! :P

/no

Whats to say that you're raising the same golem each time? I figured you were raising -A- flesh golem..making them all different. It'd make sense if you had to keep naming them after making them...but thats rather tedious.

Well my take was that you are constructing a new body each time from the available bits and pieces on the battle field, but are imbuing the construct with the same familiar spirit that is bound to your will, and as such that spirit could be named. This makes sense given the "only 1 golem" clause: if you summon a new one, you pull the spirit from the old, killing it (which is exatly what happens in-game, the old golem dies).

LOL fiery....

I would like to name each of my bone fiends please. My only request is that I have to rename each new one if one of the current one dies. No, really!

I refer to my flesh golem as "tiny" and my minions as "the boys" in game, does that count.

Naming would be fun, but yeah a pain.

Out of curiosity, has anyone raised a lvl 3 Flesh Golem? New mini-pet!!
